A community unlike any other

Elim is nestled in the small town of Lima, just 20 minutes south of Rochester. Its beautiful campus is comprised of both modern and historic buildings, which include the dorms. Dining is an informal family atmosphere with several options for students.

Residence Halls

Historic Spencer Hall with its looming tower greets the visitor to the campus of Elim Bible Institute and College. The historical reputation of this Hall cannot be overstated as it has housed many saints of past generations dating back to the early 1800’s.

Elim’s residence halls enjoy a rich historical background as well as modern conveniences. Moving along the halls one will enjoy learning about the rich history of the buildings as well as reaping the benefits of modern technology. Life at Elim holds a wealth of new and old experiences!

Current dormitories include Faling Hall, Watson Hall, Washington Hall, the Library dorms, and the Tab dorms. The Library, Watson Hall and Washington Hall boast kitchen facilities for a quick breakfast, the ability to allow students to have their own appliances for snacking, and a cozy and friendly atmosphere for hanging out with friends. Also, washers and dryers are available for the dorm residents in each building. Since Elim is a small campus, all dorms have easy access to college classrooms, the Dining Hall and business offices.

Dining

The Elim Dining Hall is located in the Paul E. Johannsen Hall in the center of the campus. This Dining Hall boasts spacious dining facilities and delicious meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily while brunch and dinner are served on weekends and during special occasions on campus. The spacious Dining Hall also allows for private times of meals and ministry, as needed!
