Danuta has earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in Education with specialization in TESOL; M.S. in Computer Science from University of Warsaw; B.S. in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology; and a one-year Bible certificate from Elim Bible Institute and College. She was born & raised in Poland, where she served in a leadership role at Warsaw Theological Seminary for 16 years; had 14 years college teaching experience; served as a Department Chair for 5 years at a Warsaw public school overseeing 4 full-time and 2 part-time teachers; chaired a School Evaluation Committee; and started and chaired a student scholarship foundation. She has strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as extensive management, assessment, database design & implementation, programming, planning, and teaching experience.
Rev. Dr. John Miller is an Elim graduate and has a B.Div. from Trinity Seminary, CPE from the University of Rochester, M.Div. from Northeastern Seminary, and Ph.D. in Renewal Studies from Regent University. He is an ordained minister with Elim Fellowship and serves as the Pastor of Education for Living Word Temple of Restoration, a trans-ethnic and independent Pentecostal church in Rochester, NY. He is a published author of books and is a contributing author of encyclopedias, academic journal articles and book reviews. He has over twenty years of experience in pastoral ministry and in various roles of administrative leadership.
Wayne has a B.A, in both Psychology and Religion & Philosophy from Roberts Wesleyan College. He served at either Elim Gospel Church, Elim Bible Institute and College or Elim Fellowship for more than 20 years. He also helps leaders and churches as a ministry coach (www.waynehedlund.org) and website designer (www.tlsites.com).
Stacy has worked for EBI&C for 40 years in various positions. He is a tremendous teacher and counselor, and he is a well-known conference speaker and a published author. He has taken courses in the areas of philosophy, philosophical literature, and interdisciplinary studies in order to strengthen courses that he has taught at Elim.
Dr. Nathan Sanders is a seasoned pastor and Christian leader currently serving as a full-time faculty member and Resident Life Director at EBI&C. He has been active in Christian ministry since 1993, including roles as a student ministry leader, inner-city outreach coordinator, conference speaker, associate pastor, teacher, and nearly 8 years as a senior pastor. Dr. Sanders’ ministry and message flow from a pastor’s heart and are marked by a passion for evangelism and the Holy Spirit-filled life. He earned a Ministry Diploma from Elim Bible Institute in 1996, Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Regent University in 2001, and Doctor of Ministry from Northeastern Seminary in 2016. Emily is an Elim alumni; she has earned a B.S. in Organizational Management, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Not-for-Profit Management at Regent University. As a pastor’s wife and mother of four wonderful children, Emily has served in various church leadership roles, such as event coordinator, worship leader, and spiritual mentor. Emily has worked as a Practice Manager and Weight Loss Coach, where she enjoyed helping men and women achieve their personal health goals. In the position of Campus Life director, Emily is committed to creating a campus environment where students can grow in depth of character and spiritual formation in a loving Christian community. By coordinating fun events on campus, spiritual emphasis weekends, and leading the Resident Advisers, she is actively involved in shepherding EBI&C students and helping them reach their fullest potential.
Andrew is currently completing his B.A in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College. He earned his Applied Ministry Certificate from Elim in 2016 and has been employed for the college ever since.
