All network devices on our public campus network must be registered prior to use. Typically, you are automatically directed to a network registration page the first time you connect a device to the campus network.

However, if your device does not have a web browser (for example, gaming console or DVR), you must use this form to register. Allow 2 business days for the registration to be processed.

The hardware address is usually located on the bottom or back of your device. You can also find this information in the network configuration area of most gaming consoles. It may be called 'MAC Address", "WAN MAC Address", "Wired MAC Address" or similar. It is comprised of 12 letters and numbers, sometimes separated by colons or dashes.
