A Solid Foundation

Our two-year A.A.S. Degree (Associate in Applied Science in Biblical and Theological Studies) is registered with the New York State Board of Regents and will allow you to transfer into other colleges and programs. The two years of this program are designed to give you a well-rounded education and a solid Biblical foundation. It includes courses such as Old and New Testament Literature, Theology, Book of Romans, Marriage & Family, Contemporary Ethics and Hermeneutics. In your second year, you will participate in a six-week internship at NYSUM (New York School of Urban Ministry) in New York City, where you’ll be involved in local churches, food pantries, homeless ministries and other areas of need in an urban setting.
