Elim is offering a FULL SCHOLARSHIP giveaway for the 2017-2018 year!

Elim Bible Institute and College is giving away a full scholarship to one eligible student through a random drawing for the 2017/2018 school year. Deadline to enter is April 28, 2017.

The scholarship covers tuition, room and board for an accepted student enrolled in the 2017/2018 school year. The regular $50 application fee will be waived for all individuals applying before April 28, 2017. 

The random drawing will take place on May 23, at which time the winner will be announced.

Offer Details:

  • The winner will receive a scholarship covering tuition, room and board up to $13,388. For example, if the winner is a married student, the award will include tuition and $5,900 towards apartment costs and living expenses.
  • This offer does not cover costs associated with books and annual fees (tech fee, library fee, resident fees, etc.)
  • Internationals: This offer does not cover additional costs for International applicants including English Proficiency Tests, transportation costs, visa application fees, etc. International applicants will still be required to pay the non-refundable $500 deposit. This deposit will be refunded to the winner. For all other applicants, it will be applied to their school bill.
  • Only accepted full-time applicants will be entered into the drawing. Applicants are approved by the Admissions Committee after submitting their completed application to Elim as well as supporting documents like high school transcript*, pastoral reference, etc.    
    • Seniors in high school must submit an Unofficial Transcript prior to graduation and an Official Transcript after graduation.
  • The scholarship is only available to Elim’s first-time Freshmen.


  • Married applicants who intend to bring their family to school are required to live on-campus to be eligible for the scholarship giveaway.
  • U.S. and Canadian students must apply for federal and state aid as part of the application process. Scholarship funds will be dispersed towards the winner’s student bill after other financial aid has been applied.  

    • New York residents must apply for the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) on or before the deadline of April 28, 2017. Apply for TAP here.
    • U.S. citizens must complete their FAFSA application on or before the deadline of April 28, 2017. Apply for FAFSA here
  • Current students or dependents of EBI&C staff or faculty are not eligible for this offer.
  • The scholarship may not be redeemed as cash to the student. It will be applied to the student’s outstanding bill toward the 2017/2018 school year.
  • Accepted applicants who completed the application process PRIOR to January 5 are not eligible for this drawing. Applicants who started, but DID NOT FINISH the application process prior to January 5 (or started the application process after January 5) are eligible for this scholarship.
