The library catalog is accessible online. Students, staff and faculty may access a more full-featured library catalog by logging in to Populi, then accessing the Library link within Populi. Once logged in, you may place holds on books, write reviews and recommendations, see what you’ve currently checked out, and more.
Books In Circulation
Occasionally, there may be a restriction on the number of books checked out due to high demand.
EBI subscribes to a wide selection of periodicals. Back-dated issues are stored in the basement level of the library. EBSCO Host and Christianity Today are periodicals that are available for online use.
Access to the Internet is available on Library computers. The building also contains convenient wireless Internet access for those with laptops or mobile devices.
A copy machine is located in the office area of the library. Copies are $.10 per page. See Librarians to make copies.
Welcome! The Elim Library is available for all to do research, view archives, use the Reference room, check out books at the circulation desk, or relax and study in our quiet, comfortable environment. The librarians are available for instruction in using the catalog program installed on the computers & helping with research materials.
The Elim Bible Institute Library acknowledges and adheres to the copyright law of the United States and the fair use of copyrighted resources as mentioned in Section 107 of Title 17 of the United States Code. This law permits the reproduction of multiple copies for teaching, classroom and academic research use under certain circumstances. The students, staff and faculty are required to follow the law regarding copyright, and Elim Library provides assistance and guidance regarding the use of copyrighted resources.
