Course transfers

Course transfer policies

Under certain circumstances, prospective students may transfer their completed credits from other institutions to Elim. Additionally, credits from graduates of Elim’s 2-year AAS degree program are also transferable into many other colleges.

For prospective students

If an incoming Elim student desires to receive transfer credits for courses completed at other institutions, a request must be submitted to the Registrar along with an official copy of the transcript(s). Consideration will be given only to courses which have been taken within 10 years of enrollment at Elim and for which the student earned a “C” (2.0) or better. Allowance of transfer units differs based on the program a student wants to enter. Elim reserves the right of full determination of transferability.

For Elim students

Credits from Elim’s A.A.S. degree program are transferable into many other colleges and universities. In addition, our long tradition of high academic standards continues to make it possible for our students to transfer many non-degree course units to Christian colleges, selected public colleges, and private universities.
