  • Learning Outcomes

    • Develop greater knowledge of the Bible and obtain understanding of fundamental theological concepts.
    • Gain practical skills in using various Bible tools and study methods.

  • Requirements for Admission

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Basic Biblical knowledge (if not, then New Testament Literature and Old Testament Literature courses will be additionally required)

    Credits obtained through this certificate program can be directly transferred to our AAS in Biblical and Theological Studies as well as BS in Theology.

    • Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
    • No grade of “D” may be applied to the certificate

Hybrid: 12 credits on-campus & 9 online

    • Internship in Worship (leading worship in a local church for a semester – could be completed during the Summer, Fall, or Spring)

    Completed courses from the Worship Leadership certificate program can be transferred to the BS in Theology with the concentration of Worship Leadership.
