To enroll in an automatic payment plan, you must fill out the form below and pay the $10 set-up fee. A down payment of $1,500, or 25% of your out-of-pocket if it is less than $2,500, is required. Your remaining out-of-pocket is divided into 7 installments scheduled on the 1st and 15th of the month. Please contact the accounting office with any questions.
Please note that your Reservation Deposit of $250 counts toward your down payment.
